February 7, 2004--All Natural, FMG, Inc. currently offers a line of topical retail products, featuring its patent-pending TTS delivery system, ViaDerm FMG™.

The Pain Management product line is OTC status. The principal topical cream within this line consists of a proprietary blending of an NSAID agent with lidocaine. Development of new products, private label and spin-off products is in progress and future products are planned.

Products Introduced
The first product developed by All Natural, FMG, Inc. is called IbuCream™ and was introduced nationwide in March 2003 to supply the American therapist market with a counterpart to the European formulation known as Ibugel® Forte gel.

In January 2004, the IbuCream™ formulation was private labeled in a 4-ounce toddle, known as IbuTherapy and was initially introduced to a Florida local retail market via cable TV spots.

The IbuCream™ companion product, Roll Away The Pain™ premiered nationwide in February 2004. While IbuCream™ is targeted to the wholesale Therapist market in a 100 ml pump dispenser, Roll Away The Pain™ is a 3-ounce roll-on application of NSAIDs and lidocaine geared to the sports retail and joint pain markets.

Genie's Secret™ is a proprietary Cosmeceutical with numerous instant gratification effects: as a wrinkle smoother, anti-inflammatory, skin tone balancer and a moisturizer. Genie's Secret™ is a proprietary blend of natural anti-oxidants and plant extracts within the ViaDerm FMG™ matrix.

Genie's Secret™ is scheduled for mass-marketing in March 2004. In addition, several marketing entities are negotiating private label agreements.

Licensing Agreements
For our ViaDerm FMG™ technology we have initiated licensing agreements for local production in Latin America and Australia. General agreement terms include up-front license fees as well as royalties based on sales of numerous product lines, including OTC, pharmaceutical and cosmetic.
